To have impact, we must appreciate the complexity of the enterprise context — including culture and brands, processes and structures, roadmaps and investments. Milan will introduce Enterprise Design as a holistic, outside-in driven alternative to established approaches, inspired by eda.c’s work with the rebels who make enterprises shift.
